The company dates back to the 1870's when Simon Goodman's grandfather and two colleagues opened a factory in London producing high quality shoes. My uncle and father later joined the company, and in 1936 they moved to a factory in Norwich.Van Dal has been specialising in comfortable footwear for ladies since 1946, and is still proudly producing the highest standards today. The Florida Group markets around half a million pairs a year, and we're proud to have kept pace with the demands of our core group of consumers who rightly demand ever more style and contemporary looks without sacrificing comfort.
