Before any transactions are accepted for security reasons, we may use any or all information that we have previously received from you to ensure that both we (the distributor)and you (the consumer) are protected against any fraudulent activities.
We do reserve the right to cancel any transactions if they are suspected to be fraudulent, in this situation your payment will be refunded.
We accept all major credit and debit cards: - Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Delta, Solo and Visa Electron and Amex .
DELIVERY COSTS AND SCHEDULE
Once your order has been received and payment has been made we will then send you an email confirming the transaction and the dispatch of your item/s.
In the instance that the items you have selected are no longer available or out of stock you will be informed by email and a refund will be made to you.
If your order consists of more than one pair of shoes then they may be sent to you at different times depending on availability.
Deliveries within the UK will be free of charge. If your order is outside the UK then the cost of postage and packaging will be £10.00 which will automatically be added to the cost of your order when you go to pay at the check out. All items are thoroughly inspected for any imperfections or defects before they are sent to you in order to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Our delivery time is within 48 hours of payment and must be signed for. For security reasons your first order must be delivered to the address of the registered card holder, after which this address may be changed if required to include your work address.
PRICING AND PRINTING
All of our prices are set in £'s sterling and include VAT which is set at 15%, our delivery charges are not included in the retail price of the shoes.
Great care and attention has been taken to ensure that all photographs are as accurate as possible however, there may be slight variations in colour as the photographs have be adapted to be used on the website. We cannot be held responsible if the colour ordered is not an exact match to how it has been represented in the photographs.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
In the event of you being dissatisfied with the goods that you have received we offer a 7 day returns policy, in which you have 7 days to return the items unsoiled, in a resalable condition and in the original manufactures packaging. These seven days begin the day after receipt of the items purchased. We consider a resalable condition to mean that the shoes must not have been worn outside or have any marks or stains to the uppers or to the sole unit; the box must not be damaged or altered in any way.
We as suppliers do have a right of action against the consumer if reasonable care has not been taken as you would be in breech of your statutory duty. When the goods have been returned to us and received by us the purchase price of the shoes will be refunded as would any delivery charge that you may of paid. However, postage costs for the return of the item will not be refunded unless we have breeched our contract in any way for example, if the items you have received are not the correct size or colour.
Under the DSR's if a contract is cancelled by the consumer then all items purchased must be returned to us in the original manufactures packaging undamaged. If any items fail to be returned to us then a claim against the consumer may be raised as the consumer is in breech of statutory duty.
If wishing to exchange an item please contact us by email with all the relevant details so that we can aid you swiftly and efficiently in your exchange.
If any orders that you receive are not correct then please contact us immediately by email or in writing so that we can correct the problem promptly.
FAULTY ITEMS
Any claims regarding faulty goods will be assessed by us the 'Retailer' and we shall judge the claim taking into consideration the condition of the item,the age, the amount of use and the items maintenance etc. All claims will be subject to 'Fair wear and Tear' with regards to the purpose the goods were offered. The 'Retailers' decision is final.
COMPLAINTS
A high level of customer service is paramount to us and we hope that the service you receive is second to none however, in the instance that you are at all unhappy with any aspect of your experience whilst shopping on line with us then please contact us either by email or in writing and we shall do our up most to ensure that you are left satisfied and happy. All complaints will be acknowledged within three working days of their receipt.
